We at Cadabò see our agriturisim as a discovery of nature, of living in harmony with the land, with the animals, with the traditions, the authenticity, tranquility and the quiet. For these reasons, even the kitchen in the agriturism's resturant offers typical dishes of the Marche region with the products we cultivate and the rediscovering of ancient flavors from past times. Those who spend the night at the agrituisim can enjoy a wonderful breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits made with honey and jam that can be eaten with cold meats and cheeses produced on our farm. The dining room, is cozy and light in a rustic style with panoramic views over the hills of Jesi and the swimming pool where our guests can cool down on a balmy hot days.
We are pleased to welcome you to our farm, in the heart of the production of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. Verdicchio is a grape that grows almost exclusively here in Marche , thanks to the special nature of the soil, favorable climatic conditions and, above all, constant ventilation, which prevents the formation of moisture on the grapes. From our farm you can visit the most beautiful and ancient cellars and wineries in the area around Jesi. The Marche region, as well as good wine, also stands out for its good food and good flavors of the past, so much so that keeps some of its territory in the Slow Food Presidium. In particular, we find: the chick pea of Serra de 'Conti, fig salami, the pink apple of the Sibillini Mountains, the Portonovo Wild Mussels, pecorino cheese and salami of Fabriano.
